When you have coordinated with other divisions, then you need to develop and put in place your plan of attack. Specific deliberate action is going to produce positive results more often than random or haphazard spurts. Consistency is very important with this section of the public relations plan. This may have been done earlier, at least partially, but you need to determine what methods of communication you will use to transmit your message to the target audience.
